Join Our Team as a Cover Supervisor in Fleet!

Starting September 2024

Are you passionate about education and looking to make a difference in the classroom? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team in Fleet. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic school environment, supporting students across Key Stage 3 and 4.

Position Details:

  • Role: Cover Supervisor
  • Location: Fleet
  • Start Date: September 2024
  • Hours: Full-time (Part-time considered for the right candidate)
  • Key Stages: 3 and 4

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons to students.
  • Maintain classroom management and behaviour.
  • Support students across the age and attainment range.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Passionate individuals who want to make a positive impact in education.
  • Unqualified teachers are encouraged to apply.
  • University graduates looking for experience in the education sector.
  • Must be a UK resident or have lived in the UK for over 2 years due to vetting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Safer in education checks will be required.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
