- Salary: Grade D - £21,780–£23,963 (Actual) (£26,918–£29,616 FTE)
- Hours: 35 hours per week, term time plus inset days
Mon–Fri, 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a Cover Manager to oversee daily and long-term cover arrangements and lead a team of three Cover Supervisors in a successful and high-achieving secondary school in Tadley.
In this role, you will:
- Arrange cover for absent teaching staff.
- Manage and support a team of Cover Supervisors.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons as a Cover Supervisor when required.

The ideal candidate will:

- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Have experience in a teaching or child-support environment (desirable but not essential as training will be provided).
- Demonstrate the ability to build positive relationships with students and uphold high expectations.
