Cover Supervisors Needed in Fareham!

We work closely with a number of schools that require confident and reliable individuals to supervise classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher. Whether you’re seeking day-to-day work or a more consistent position, we can offer a range of opportunities tailored to your needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and managing the classroom during lessons, ensuring students stay on task with their work.
  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans provided by the teacher.
  • Creating a positive and focused learning environment for students.
  • Managing student behaviour in line with school policies and fostering mutual respect.
  • Providing support and assistance where necessary to ensure learning objectives are met.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • A confident and adaptable approach to managing classrooms in a variety of subjects.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to supporting pupils' learning and development.
  • Flexibility to work across different schools and respond to last-minute requests.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
