The Role:
You will be working in a Secondary School within Llanelli as a Welsh Teacher. You will be responsible for Preparation, Planning and Assessing the work according to the curriculum. The Level of teaching which is required is to at least GCSE level, but preferably to A Level.
A confident and experienced individual with a can-do attitude and a passion or teaching is essential. The role will require commitment for long term as consistency and continuity for the students is key.
We welcome applicants who:
- Have gained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK which specialise in Welsh;
- Can confidently plan and delegate a daily routine for support staff within the classroom;
- Seek a long-term position teaching a full timetable with the relevant time set aside for Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA).
- Registered with the education workforce council (EWC) or willing to register

- Has parking available if required and also has easy access to public transport

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
