Learning Support Assistant

Are you looking for experience working within a primary school?

We are looking for several unqualified Teaching Assistants to work within a primary schools in Surbiton, Kingston and New Malden. 
Experience is not required but a willingness to learn and a pro active attitude is essential.

The daily working hours are 8:30 – 15:30 however the working days per week are flexible.

You will receive an online diary which you can update electronically to let us know your availability, this can be updated at anytime.
Bookings can be offered on the day for sickness cover as well as in advance, through our easy to use mobile app. 

About the Teaching Assistant role:

• Supporting pupils within whole classroom settings
• Providing and maintaining a creative and safe learning environment
• Assisting the class teacher as well as other staff members
• Managing behavioural challenges

About you:

• Have a positive and can-do attitude
• Personable and proactive
• Have good communication skills
• Passionate about pupils learning and development
• Have good timekeeping
• Patient and calm under pressure

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
