Job description

Job Title: 1:1 Tuition 

Location: Birmingham 

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 per hour

Job Duties:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 tuition to students 
  • Create personalised learning plans to meet the needs of indivisual students
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects
  • Asses student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Communicate effectivley with students, parents and local authorities

Required Qulifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Expereince in delivering 1:1 tuition or small group teaching
  • Strong subject knowledge across a varity or curriculum areas

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of teaching experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Execellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraducate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
