Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf an Academy in Nottingham who are looking to recruit a graduate teaching assistant to support their SEN department.
Suitable candidates will be expected to have prior experience working with SEN children and an understanding of how to engage and support children’s learning, be confident in leading small groups and be able push pupils to close learning gaps.
This is an ideal position for anyone who is starting their career within education!
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Hold a Degree. Ideally a core subject, psychology, youth work or sport
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Previous experience working with children (not necessarily in a classroom) is desirable
- Passionate about education or aspirations to teach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
