Teaching Personnel are seeking an experienced Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our client secondary school in Bury. The role is set to start ASAP and offers the chance to work with students who need extra support to thrive in the classroom.

Key Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Position: Full time
• Salary: £1670 - £1800 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
• Payment: Weekly, every Friday

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one support for students with SEMH and challenging behaviour.
• Challenge and motivate students to reach their full potential.
• Implement behaviour management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques.
• Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff to ensure the academic and emotional wellbeing of students.
