Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our passionate team at a well-established secondary school in Whitefield. The successful candidate will be joining an Ofsted-rated 'Good' school with excellent resources and a supportive learning environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Science Teacher to inspire and challenge students while developing their own career in a school that values professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Science across key stages, delivering high-quality lessons that engage and motivate students
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure academic success
  • Collaborate with the Science department to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, fostering a positive school culture

What We Are Looking For:

  • A qualified Science Teacher (QTS) with the ability to teach across all science disciplines (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
  • ECT's welcome to apply. 
  • Strong classroom management skills and a passion for inspiring students
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
