Supply Teachers Needed – Bolton, Bury & Salford
Location: Secondary Schools across Bolton, Bury, and Salford
Start Date: ASAP or from the next available term
Contract Type: Full-time & Flexible Opportunities Available
Salary: Competitive daily rates (£120-£150 per day, depending on experience & role)
Are you a qualified secondary teacher looking for flexible or full-time teaching opportunities? We are recruiting Supply Teachers to work across secondary schools in Bolton, Bury, and Salford, covering a range of subjects, including Maths, English, Science, PE, MFL, and Humanities.
The Role:
- Delivering high-quality lessons across your specialist subject or general cover.
- Adapting to different school environments and engaging with students effectively.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students stay on task.
- Following pre-set lesson plans while bringing your own dynamic teaching approach.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Qualified secondary teachers (UK QTS required) – ECTs and experienced teachers welcome.
- Subject specialists in Maths, English, Science, PE, MFL, Humanities, or general cover.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
- An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
