PE Teacher

We are seeking a male PE Teacher to join one of our outstanding secondary schools based in Rochdale.

The school are searching for a motivated individual who can support them full-time starting this May.  The start date is September 2025 covering a 1-year maternity, with opportunity to secure a permanent position.

The successful candidate will join their rewarding PE department and hard-working team. You will support across KS3 and KS4 delivering preplanned lessons. The schools hold state-of-the-art facilities and department resources all staff members have access to. Our partnered school support their staff members and assist in personal development.

Main responsibilities:

• You will be required to supervise indoor and outdoor practical lessons
• Motivate students to actively engage in lessons, and evaluate their performance throughout the academic year
• Plan and carry out lessons that ensure compete to their ability level

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
