Job description

Are you an enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages teacher looking for a new opportunity? Our partner secondary school in Oldham, OL4, is looking for a passionate MFL teacher to join their team after the Easter half-term, with a view to go permanent in September 2025 if desired. Whether you're an experienced teacher or a newly qualified teacher, we welcome your application.

The Role
As part of the MFL department, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in one or more foreign languages (French, Spanish) to KS3 and KS4 students. You will also monitor student progress and help them prepare for exams.

Requirements

  • Hold QTS
  • Experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages up to GCSE
  • Strong knowledge of the current MFL curriculum
  • Good behaviour management skills
  • DBS certificate
