Job Duties:

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students across various subjects and age groups
• Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans effectively
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Provide feedback to students on their progress and performance
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to support student development

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Enhanced DBS check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different teaching environments

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Previous experience in teaching or working with children is desirable

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
• Effective classroom management techniques
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)
• Experience in working with children with disabilities or learning difficulties

Working Conditions:

• Work in various schools and educational settings within the designated area
• Full-Time hours with potential for overtime or additional responsibilities
• Collaborate with different staff members and adapt to varying school cultures

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
