Job description
Teaching Personnel is currently working with a partner Trust, Nene Education Trust, who have several opportunities available across its Secondary schools in Wellingborough. This trust is committed to providing exceptional education and support to a diverse student community. They are looking for passionate and dedicated teachers to join their schools and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve teaching practices.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Participate in school activities and contribute to the school community.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.
- Experience in teaching is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
