I have found the app to be really useful and so simple to use. It is a great way to find the perfect fit for your individual school's needs and get the bookings ticked off my to-do list quickly so I can move onto something else. Whilst it is always lovely to speak to the consultants, this does make life easier! I would definitely recommend the app to other schools.
I love the app! I could use it for emergency bookings at 7am when I am rushing around, trying to get into school. I can choose educators with a few taps, and by the time I arrive at school, I'd get a notification that somebody is on the way. I also like to check that the teachers on our bookings have been in the school before and have very good ratings. That would save me a lot of worry.
Sometimes, our staff like an educator but can't remember their name. They usually have to go through the books to find them, but having it in the app, they could see straight away who was in Year 2 last week and book them again.
It is an excellent planning tool. Having the option to auto-book would save me so much stress in the morning. We can all have the app on our phones, which would save us a lot of phone calls in the morning.
Having the app on your phones, which is really simple and effective, when you are getting ready in the morning and taking phone calls from school, would be really good. It's all about having access to the database of your supply staff.
