Are you a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher looking to inspire the next generation? Teaching Personnel is seeking talented Geography specialists to join our team, working in schools across Northampton on both short-term and long-term placements.

About the Role: As a Geography Teacher with Teaching Personnel, you will have the flexibility to choose between short-term or long-term bookings, allowing you to work around your schedule. Whether you’re looking for day-to-day supply work or longer-term placements, we offer opportunities to suit your lifestyle. You’ll be delivering engaging and informative lessons in Geography to KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5 students, helping them explore the world’s physical landscapes, cultures, and economies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative Geography lessons tailored to meet students' needs.
  • Create an engaging and positive learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with the school staff to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Adapt to the different needs and expectations of each school, maintaining high teaching standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Geography teacher (QTS or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and a passion for the subject.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility to work across various schools in Northampton.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to engage students of all abilities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
