Biology Teacher – Short-Term & Long-Term Cover Across Northampton

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and dynamic Biology lessons to KS3, KS4, and KS5 students.
  • Adapt to different school environments, following established schemes of work.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere to ensure students excel.
  • Maintain a high standard of classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent qualification.
  • A degree in Biology or a related subject.
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
