Fantastic Opportunity for a Key Stage 2 Teacher in Southampton

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, challenging, and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive classroom environment where all students are motivated and encouraged to excel.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to help them develop academically and personally.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate cross-curricular projects and initiatives.
- Support the social and emotional development of students, ensuring their well-being is prioritized.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of progress and any concerns.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- A passionate, creative, and innovative approach to teaching that engages and inspires children.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and committed to fostering a love of learning.
- A team player who is eager to collaborate and contribute to the school’s ethos.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
