Supply teachers needed to work in schools across the Rochdale Area to cover short term absences over the 2020-21 academic year. If you are a fully qualified teacher with experience teaching in the UK and are looking for flexible supply work between 1-5 days per week then we can provide that for you.
We currently work with Primary schools in Rochdale borough and the surrounding areas who have requested to have local supply teachers to cover absences and help relieve their staffing pressures throughout the upcoming term.
The role of a short-term supply teacher provides the opportunity to work in different schools, teaching across all year group but with a reduced workload without planning and marking. This will provide the opportunity to continue your passion for teaching but on a reduced timetable that a permanent member of staff would have.
Highlights of working for Teaching Personnel as a supply teacher;
- Weekly pay through our Pay as You Earn scheme
- Varied working experience across different schools
- Improved work-life balance without the additional responsibilities of permanent staff
- Work provided close to your locality
- Access to a number of CPD courses through our training academy
To be eligible for the role of a supply teacher you will need to have QTS, suitable references and be eligible for a fully enhanced DBS.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see teachingpersonnel.com/faqs for details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We offer all our registered candidates FREE child protection and prevent duty training. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
