About the Role: As a KS3 Tutor, you’ll be working with individual students, helping them to achieve their best in subjects like English, Maths, and Science. Whether it's boosting confidence, improving study skills, or making sure they’re ready for the next step in their learning, you’ll play a key role in their academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one tuition in a variety of subjects.
• Develop tailored lesson plans that cater to students' individual learning needs.
• Create a supportive and positive environment to encourage students' engagement.
• Track and monitor progress, providing feedback to both students.
• Foster a love of learning through fun, creative, and interactive lessons.

Who We're Looking For:

• A friendly, approachable, and patient individual with a genuine passion for education.
• Relevant degree in Education
• Previous experience tutoring or working with KS3 students.
• Strong subject knowledge (particularly in English, Maths, and Science).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to each student’s unique learning style.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
