Job Title: English and Maths KS3 Intervention Tutor

Job Duties:

• Provide tailored English and Maths intervention sessions for Key Stage 3 students
• Develop and implement educational strategies to improve student performance
• Assess and monitor student progress regularly
• Create engaging lesson plans and materials
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student learning

Required Qualifications:

A relevant teaching qualification

Education:

Degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Prior experience in tutoring or teaching English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of the KS3 curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional training in special education or learning support
