Home Academy Liaison Officer - Willisden

Teaching Personnel are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Academy Liaison Officer to join a thriving educational setting in Willisden.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents/carers.
• Provide support and guidance to families on educational matters.
• Address attendance concerns and implement strategies to improve school attendance.
• Work closely with teachers and school staff to support student learning.
• Promote the school's values and ethos within the community.

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of child development and learning.
• Experience of working with families from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with parents/carers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
