Salary: £100 - £115
Contract Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our wonderful team of educators.

The Role:
As a Primary ECT, you will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and supportive teaching team, delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to students in [key stage/grade]. You will receive structured mentoring, guidance, and professional development as you embark on your teaching career. The role will include planning, delivering lessons, assessing students' progress, and contributing to the development of our curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

-          Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

-          Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported.

-          Monitor and track pupil progress, providing feedback to help students reach their potential.

-          Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and develop new teaching strategies.

-          Participate in school-wide events, extracurricular activities, and parent communications.

-          Engage in professional development opportunities and work towards completing your ECT induction year.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

-          A passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive impact on their learning and development.

-          A recent graduate with a degree in Primary Education (or equivalent).

-          A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for all students.

-          The ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.

-          Enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive approach to professional growth.

-          A willingness to embrace new challenges and contribute to the ongoing development of the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
