Day-to-Day Teachers Needed – Flexible Work Across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast

Teaching Personnel is seeking dynamic and adaptable Day-to-Day Teachers to join our network of schools across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast.

Position Details

  • Role: Day-to-Day Teacher
  • Location: Blackpool and Fylde Coast
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract: Flexible, day-to-day work
  • Salary: Competitive daily rates, dependent on experience

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for dedicated and professional educators who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
  • Have experience teaching in primary, secondary, or SEN settings.
  • Are adaptable and confident in delivering high-quality lessons at short notice.
  • Possess excellent classroom management skills and a positive attitude.
  • Are enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of students.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans or provide cover across a range of subjects.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Adapt quickly to different schools and support their individual policies and needs.
  • Inspire and motivate students to engage in their learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
