Job Duties:
The primary responsibilities of the Teacher include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, and providing constructive feedback to students and parents. The Teacher must create a positive learning environment, manage classroom behaviour, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
Required Qualifications:
A relevant teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or QTS, is required. The Teacher must have a strong understanding of the national curriculum, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is essential for this role.
Experience:
Previous experience in a teaching role is preferred, but newly qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply.
Knowledge and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of educational principles and practises, strong organisational skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications or training in special education, behaviour management, or subject-specific expertise would be advantageous.
Working Conditions:
The Teacher will work within a school setting, following the academic calendar and adhering to school policies and procedures. The role may involve some evening or weekend work for extracurricular activities or parent meetings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
