Responsibilities:

• Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and innovative lessons.
• Creating an inclusive environment for all students.
• Implementing effective teaching strategies, especially for SEND learners.
• Collaborating with support staff to ensure students' needs are addressed.
• Encouraging and motivating students to achieve their best.
