Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a cover supervisor on behalf of our client school based in the Preston area. This position would be part time- due to start ASAP or can accomodate you to start in September 2021, and will run right through until summer, Jul 2022. This is an open vacancy so for the right candidate, there is the possibility of a permanent contract.

The school have asked that the suitable candidate has some experience within a school environment and is available on a part time basis. You will work 2-5 days per week, and the days off will alternate due to a rolling timetable in school. It would be an advantage if you have a PE or Arts background as they feel these candidates build excellent relationships with students.

This role of a cover supervisor will involve covering lessons in the absence of teachers and working with the schools cover team. The work will be set so it is more about classroom and behaviour management than being knowledgeable on a variety of different subject. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
