Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for your next exciting opportunity? Our warm and welcoming 2-form entry primary school in Burnley is seeking an enthusiastic Year 4 teacher to join our team starting after February half-term.

The Role

As a Year 4 teacher, you will:

  • Inspire and engage pupils with creative and effective teaching strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with a parallel Year 4 teacher to plan and deliver an exciting curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports every child to reach their full potential.
  • Be an active part of our school community, contributing to school initiatives and extracurricular activities.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (desirable but not essential).
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate pupils.
  • Is committed to ongoing professional development and working collaboratively within a supportive team.
  • Shares our vision and values, promoting the well-being and success of every child.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
