Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

The Role: Year 4 Teacher
As a key member of our teaching team, you will:
- Deliver engaging, innovative, and inclusive lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
- Work collaboratively with the other Year 4 teacher to plan and deliver a creative and broad curriculum.
- Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and ensure every child reaches their potential.
- Foster a classroom environment that supports well-being, respect, and a love of learning.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, contributing to the wider school community.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has a track record of excellent teaching in Key Stage 2 (experience in Year 4 is a bonus, but not essential).
- Demonstrates a passion for teaching and a commitment to high standards of learning and achievement.
- Is adaptable, reflective, and eager to embrace new ideas and approaches to teaching.
- Has strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
