What we’re looking for:

• A strong understanding of the secondary school curriculum (KS3 and KS4)
• Confidence in managing classrooms and engaging students
• Relevant experience in working with young people (teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or coaching)
• A proactive and adaptable approach to learning and development
