What’s the Role?

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you'll be working closely with the class teacher and supporting children across a variety of subjects, helping to create an engaging and inclusive classroom. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with lesson preparation and delivery

• Supporting individual or small groups of children with their learning

• Helping to maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment

• Providing pastoral care to students

• Encouraging pupils to participate in class activities and discussions

• Observing children’s progress and reporting to the class teacher

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a passionate individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of education. We will also support you in completing your Level 2 TA qualification. While experience working with children is advantageous, it's not essential – enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference are key! Ideal candidates will have:

• A keen interest in supporting children’s learning and development

• A positive, proactive attitude

• Strong communication skills

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
