Job Title: Teaching Support (SEN)
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £89 - £95 per day

Are you motivated by helping students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) thrive? We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Teaching Support (SEN) in Aylesbury!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEN in the classroom

  • Assist in implementing individual learning plans

  • Encourage student development, both academically and socially

  • Collaborate with teachers to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Support students in a variety of school activities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an educational setting or with SEN is beneficial, though not required

  • A caring, patient, and understanding approach

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

  • A flexible and proactive mindset

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
