Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA) SEN - Aylesbury

We are looking for a compassionate Teaching Assistant (TA) SEN to join our team in Aylesbury. In this fulfilling role, you will support students with special educational needs, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

About the Role:

As an Teaching Assistant (TA) SEN, you'll work closely with the class teacher to assist students with additional needs. You’ll help create and implement individual learning plans, provide one-to-one support, and contribute to fostering a positive classroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of learning plans.
  • Help students access the curriculum and overcome learning barriers.
  • Support personal care and mobility needs when necessary.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About You:

  • Experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting.
  • Passionate, empathetic, and dedicated to making a difference.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
