Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £89 - £95 per day

Are you passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Aylesbury, helping students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) thrive in a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students with SEN in the classroom

  • Assist with the implementation of individualised learning plans to help students engage with the curriculum

  • Promote student independence and confidence in their learning journey

  • Work closely with teachers to ensure students' needs are met

  • Support both academic and social development of students

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with SEN students or in education is desirable, but not essential

  • A patient, caring, and empathetic approach to supporting students

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

  • A flexible and proactive attitude to ensure the best support for students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
