Key Information:

• Start Date: January 2024
• Contract: Full-time or part-time
• Pay Rate: £85–£110 per day (dependent on experience)

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support by assisting teachers in preparing lessons and managing resources.
• Work with students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis to ensure they reach their learning objectives.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor and encourage student participation and progress.
• Support behaviour management in the classroom to ensure a focused learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people in a professional capacity.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to supporting students' varied needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
