Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a fully qualified teacher who is seeking a more flexible role to work across our network of client schools in Manchester, covering areas such as Whalley Range, Gorton, and Moss Side.
For this role, it is essential that you are confident in your ability to effectively manage behaviour, many of our client schools are challenging environments and it is likely that you will be required to manage difficult behaviour at times. You must be a fully qualified teacher; it is essential that you are able to provide your TRN number.
Throughout this role, you will be paid between £130 and £150 per day.
Why supply?
- Working on a supply basis allows you much more flexibility within your role, you will be in control of your diary and work on your chosen days, up to five days a week.
- You will have the opportunity to work in a range of secondary schools in your local area and set your preferences.
- Through Teaching Personnel, you will be offered day-to-day bookings as well as short-term subject specific placements or long-term placements.
To be cleared to work in any of our client schools, you will be required to apply for a fully enhanced child workforce DBS check to ensure that you do not have any criminal convictions which would prevent you from working within a school. You will be required to register this with the Update Service. You will also be required to provide a minimum of two work-based references.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
