Job Title: Supply Teacher

Job Duties:

• Deliver prepared lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
• Implement lesson plans provided by the school
• Manage the classroom environment and ensure a positive learning experience
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Collaborate with other faculty members and staff

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Prior experience in teaching or working with children is preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
• Classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
• Additional training in special education or subject-specific areas

Working Conditions:

• Work in various schools within the designated area
• Follow school policies and procedures
• Interact with students, parents, and school staff
• Adhere to professional standards and codes of conduct

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
