Cover Teachers Needed – Bolton, Wigan and Warrington.
Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible or full-time opportunities in secondary schools? We are currently recruiting Cover Teachers to work across schools in Bolton, Wigan and Warrington with immediate starts available or positions starting after Easter 2025.
About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity for Qualified Secondary Teachers (QTS) to gain varied experience in local schools. Whether you are seeking short-term supply work, long-term placements, or a full-time teaching role, we have positions to suit your availability and expertise. Subject specialists in Maths, English, Science, Humanities, PE, and MFL are particularly encouraged to apply.
You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, ensuring classroom engagement, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Strong behaviour management skills are essential to support students in making progress.
- UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching at secondary level across KS3 and KS4.
- Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt to different school settings.
- A passion for education and the flexibility to take on short-term or long-term roles.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
