Supply Teacher
Job description
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Fully Qualified Teacher to join one of our exciting and reputable client schools in Gorton to support with their general cover requirements caused by short-term absences. ECTs will be considered for this role as well as experienced teacher of any subject specialism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Throughout this role, you will have no planning or marking responsibilities, you will be expected to deliver pre-planned lessons to students to ensure that disruption caused by the absence of their regular teacher is minimal.
- Behaviour management will be essential to this position to ensure that you are able to effectively maintain a productive and safe classroom environment.
- It is essential that you report any safeguarding concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
Requirements:
- It is essential that you are a Fully Qualified Teacher with UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- You must be confident within your behaviour management.
- You will be required to undergo a fully enhanced child workforce DBS check to ensure that you are a suitable candidate.
- It is essential that you are willing to provide a minimum of two employment-based references.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
