Job Title: Supply Teacher

Job Description:
Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students across different age groups and subjects.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teachers and ensure continuity in the learning process.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of students.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and work with diverse student populations.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
Experience:
- Previous experience in teaching or working with students in an educational setting.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a classroom and deliver engaging lessons.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of different teaching methodologies and strategies.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using technology in the classroom.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field.
- Experience working as a supply teacher in the UK.
Working Conditions:
- Work in various educational settings such as primary and secondary schools.
- Full-time hours based on the school's schedule.
- Potential for travel to different school locations within the designated area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
