Location: Wigan – Various Good & Outstanding Schools
Pay: £120 - £170 per day (Paid to scale if planning & marking required)
Start Date: ASAP

Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible work across high-performing schools in Wigan? We’re seeking enthusiastic Cover Teachers to provide short-term and long-term cover across a range of subjects.

The Role:

✅ Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 & KS4
✅ Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
✅ Support students’ learning with strong classroom management
✅ Option for longer-term placements with planning & marking (paid to scale)

Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent
✔️ Experience teaching in secondary schools
✔️ Adaptable, confident, and proactive approach
✔️ A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
