Position: Sociology Teacher
Location: NN3, Northampton
Contract: Full-time/Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Sociology lessons up to A-Level standard, ensuring students reach their full potential.
- Mark and assess coursework, providing constructive feedback and fostering academic growth.
- Develop creative and inclusive teaching strategies, catering to the needs of diverse learners.
- Maintain high standards of teaching and learning, in line with Ofsted’s 'Good' rating.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Sociology (or a related subject).
- Proven experience teaching Sociology at GCSE and A-Level.
- Strong knowledge of the Sociology curriculum and exam board requirements.
- A passion for education and a desire to inspire the next generation of sociologists.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
