Daily Rate: £89 - £110

We are looking for a new group of Teaching Assistants to join our team, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). These needs may range from emotional and behavioral difficulties to communication challenges, anxiety, depression, autism, and ADHD. A strong mindset and determination are key in this role. You will be working with children between the ages of 5 and 16.

Position Details:
Start: Immediate, continuing through to the end of the academic year
Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (Ideal for students and parents)
Location: Bristol
Potential for a contract with the school for the right candidate (if desired)
On-site parking available

What You’ll Do:
• Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and assisting with content learning, either one-on-one or in small groups (two to three students).
• Work in a classroom with 8-10 students, alongside other teaching assistants, to support the learning and development of the children.
• Encourage students to trust you and create an environment where they can thrive.
• Build positive relationships with students and faculty members.
• Represent yourself and Teaching Personnel in a respectful and professional manner at all times.

• Strong communication skills, reliability, and punctuality.
• Experience isn’t required, but a strong sense of dedication and determination is essential.
• Experience with challenging behavior in young people or adults is desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
