Daily Rate - £89 - £110

We are looking for our next group if teaching assistant to work directly with students who have Special Education Needs (SEN), which can range from ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, communication difficulties and behaviour issues meaning confidence and communication is a must in this position. This rewarding role is ideal for someone with a strong mindset and the ability to be both sensitive and supportive in meeting the unique needs of each individual student
Position Details:
- Start: Immediate and to continue till the end of this academic year
- Hours – 8:30 – 3:30 ideal for that work – life balance
- Location – Bristol
- The potential of a contact with the school to the right candidates (if that is what you would like)
- On site parking available
What you’ll do:
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering the schools curriculum, working with students in small groups or one-to-one
- Work in classrooms with 8-10 students with other teaching assistants supporting the learning and development of the students
- Encourage students to trust you and allow them to thrive in your environment
- Build positive relationships with students and faculty
Who are we looking for?
- A passionate post grad student who is eager to start a career in education
- Strong behavioural management and communication skill
- Experience isn’t required – but a sting sense of dedication and determination is essential
- Experience with challenging behaviour in young people or adults is desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
