The Role in a Nutshell:
- Teaching and inspiring pupils with SEND, adapting your lessons to meet individual needs.
- Tailoring mainstream teaching strategies to support children with EHCP's and ensuring their inclusion in the learning environment.
- Working closely with a team of dedicated professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes for every child.
- Monitoring progress and implementing interventions to help pupils thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must.
- Experience in teaching pupils with Special Needs, whether in a specialist setting or by adapting mainstream lessons.
- A creative, patient, and empathetic approach to teaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to teaching with a genuine passion for working with SEN.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
