Position: Science Teacher
Location: Northampton
Are you an enthusiastic Science Teacher looking for your next exciting role?
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for highly experienced Fully Qualified Science Teachers to join our client schools excellent science department Teaching students from KS3 and above.
The school are based centrally to Northampton in NN3, and have been rated a ‘Good’ School by Ofsted, and have recently introduced 2 brand new science laboratories in a new building. The successful candidate’s will be responsible for delivering, innovative and exciting lessons to keep the students, engaged, and understanding of the curriculum to students Teaching them Biology, Chemistry and Physics up to A-level standard. You may also be required to do some planning and marking depending on the school, so it is important for you to have vast experience teaching the subject, and good knowledge of the curriculum to ensure top quality lessons are being provided.
Requirements;
- Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
- Qualification in General science, Biology, Chemistry, physics or a related field
- Experience Teaching the subject
- 2 + Years Teaching Secondary Students
- Strong Classroom Management
- Good Knowledge of Biology, Chemistry and Physics
- Ability to Teach Science up to A-level standard
- A child only enhanced DBS (Or prepared to apply for one)
- Full time availability
