School Office Administrator
Location: West Midlands, Birmingham
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Salary: £85 - £100 Per day
Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a cluster of schools in the city centre providing support with a range of vacancies. The schools are looking for experienced Office Admin staff with school-based experience and proficiency in using school systems.
Job Duties:
- Manage school office operations and provide administrative support.
- Handle student enrollment, records, and attendance.
- Communicate with parents, students, and staff regarding school matters.
- Assist in coordinating school events and activities.
- Manage school correspondence and maintain filing systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a school-based office administration role.
- Proficiency in using school management systems.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 years experience in school office administration.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of school office procedures and policies.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Further education in administration or related field.
- Additional training in school office management.
Working Conditions:
This role is based in a school office environment, working full-time hours on a temporary basis. The candidate should be comfortable working with students, parents, and school staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
