Admin Assistant
Are you an organized, proactive, and dedicated individual looking for your next challenge?
We are seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in West Bromwich, starting January 2025.
Pay: Competetive
About The Role:
- Provide efficient and professional administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day school operations
- Manage communications, including emails, phone calls, and visitor inquiries
- Maintain accurate records, student files, and databases in line with school policies
- Support staff with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, scheduling, and event planning
- Build positive relationships with staff
About You:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident with IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a school or similar environment is desirable but not essential
- Be proactive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
