Intervention Teacher required for small group Literacy/Numeracy boosters within a Burnley Primary School
Owing to the current situation, Teaching Personnel have had a high volume of schools in East Lancashire approach us in order to source experienced fully qualified teachers to deliver planned intervention/booster sessions. Specifically, a using school within Burnley, is hoping to appoint someone as soon as possible.
The position is to start as soon as possible and will be supporting the year 6 class, gearing up for the SATS test, by delivering ‘out of class’ booster sessions with targeted pupils.
Experience delivering intervention sessions in Literacy and Numeracy with both Lower Attaining pupils and gifted and talented is essential.
The role would be working 2 days per week, the Head Teacher has stressed depending on how the sessions were going, she would look to add some extra days to the booking.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
