Can you guide and support those who need additional support?

The Job role:

• To work with disengaged learners to ensure their attendance and behaviour is in line with school policy
• To liaise with SENCOs, all relevant staff members, parents and outside agencies to ensure students welfare is supported
• To differentiate strategies and learning objectives in order to support those learners
• To ensure records are maintained for assessment and feedback purposes
• To work sensitively with all students in line with the school safeguarding policy
• To mentor particular students allocated to you to ensure behaviour, attendance and pastoral support is provided at all times
• To work as a part of the Learning Support Team
• To be positive and always professionally represent the school with an engaging, compassionate and enthusiastic approach
